Foundation Incorporators Execute Agreement

The incorporators for the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Foundation, Inc. unanimously executed the Master License Agreement with the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation, Inc. and are proceeding with preparation of Federal filings necessary to acquire 501c(3) Non-Profit status.
