501c(3) Non-Profit Foundation Formation Approved

A Master License Agreement and Formation of the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan FOUNDATION [a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Entity] was unanimously approved in the July 8, 2010 meeting of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation, a 501c(4) Non-Profit membership organization.

More to follow regarding the long-term relationship that is to exist between the 501c(4) Members’ Organization and the 501c(3) Public Foundation defined in the Master License Agreement between the two organizations and the Articles of Incorporation for the 501c(3) Foundation.
